Mr. Kwok, was appointed as Executive Director of our Group on 16 April 2024, Mr. Kwo is also Chairman and key decision maker of our Group, Mr. Kwok is one of the founders of our Group and also serves as the leader of our Group strategic planning and strategic development, responsible for providing guidance for our Group's long-term strategies.

Mr. Liao Chuanqiang,  was appointed as Executive Director on 13 October 2017 and Executive Director on 9 May 2018. Mr. Liao is also President and key decision maker of our Group, responsible for our Group’s  management and business development，formulation and implementation of long-term strategies，including acquisition plans、Investment and financing、company management and business development. Mr. Liao joined our Group in October 2013 and has served in various positions in our Group, including Chairman, President, Executive Vice President and Assistant to General Manager of our Group, and Vice General Manager of Kaisa Leju Property Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Liao has about 21 years of management experience in property management. Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Liao served in various positions at different leading property management companies in China from 2002 to 2013, including Property Management Manager of Wuhan Guotou Property Development Co., Ltd., Property Management Department Manager of Shenzhen Lask JV Property Management Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of the Property Management Department of Mingliu Investment Group (a property developer) and Vice General Manager of Wanda Commercial Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Liao graduated from Hubei University in June 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration. 

Mr. Li Haiming,  has been serving as Executive Director in our Group since April 2020, mainly responsible for supervising our Group’s community value-added service, investment development, and operational risk control. In April 2020, Mr. Li was appointed as Executive Director of Kaisa Group. In November 2020, he was appointed Co-President of Kaisa Group. Mr. Li joined Kaisa Group in July 2002. He has successively served as Chairman of Changsha Real Estate Co., Ltd., Chairman of Board of Directors of Shenzhen Real Estate Co., Ltd., General Manager of Jinshawan International Park Company, Vice President of Kaisa Real Estate Group for Shenzhen, Vice President, Executive President and COO of Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. Before joining Kaisa Group, Mr. Li was engaged in design related work in Shenzhen Architecture Design Institute and Shenzhen Tsinghua-Yuan Construction Design Co., Ltd. He graduated from the Party School of Guangdong Provincial Committee in July 2000, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and graduated from Chongqing Institute of Architectural and Engineering (majoring in architecture) in July 1994.

Mr. Guo,was appointed as Executive Director of our Group on 12 July 2023, Mr.Guo responsible for our Group’s  financial management、fund control、planned operations management. From May 2018 to March 2020, Mr. Guo successively served as the vice president of Shanghai Urban Renewal Group, the chairman and the president of Shanghai Region of the Group, Kaisa Group Co-president etc. Mr. Kwok graduated from Essex University in the United Kingdom with a bachelor’s degree in Finance Management in July 2013, and obtained a master’s degree in Sociology from University College London in the United Kingdom in July 2014.

Mr. Zhao Jianhua,  has been appointed as an Executive Director of our group with effect from 22 August 2022. Mr. Zhao has many years of experience in financial management in the public security system. In 1991, Mr. Zhao joined the public security system and successively served as the Director of grassroots police station of Lengshuitan Sub Bureau, Department Director, the eputy director of Lengshuitan Public Security Bureau, the Political Commissar of Police Support Department. 

In July 1991, Mr. Zhao graduated as a full-time student from Hengyang School of Finance and Accounting in Hunan Province with a Diploma in Finance. In 1997, he obtained a Diploma in Economic Law from the Adult Higher Education Program of Zhongnan Institute of Politics and Law. In 2000, he obtained an Undergraduate Diploma in Politics and Law from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. In January 2022, he obtained a Junior College Diploma in Legal Affairs from the Open University of China. Mr. Zhao has obtained the titles of Assistant Accountant and Accountant from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance.

Mou Zhaohui, was appointed as Executive Director of our Group on 16 September 2022. Ms. Mou joined Kaisa Group in February 2011 and was initially responsible for overseeing procurement and cost control. From July 2013 to September 2022, Ms. Mou held senior positions in various business segments of Kaisa Group, including investment, real estate, international parks, education, new business, the holding headquarters and president of Kaisa Prosperity . Ms. Mou received her junior college diploma in Civil Engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in July 2002 and her bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in July 2018.

Mr. Liu Hongbai,  was appointed as an independent non-executive director to provide independent advice on the operation and management of the Group.Mr. Liu is currently the  partner at Shenzhen Huatang Certified Public Accountants (General Partnership).Having nearly 30 years of experience in auditing and financial management, Mr.  Liu was the partner at Shenzhen Hengda Certified Public Accountants (General  Partnership) from 2005 to July 2014 and the branch manager at Agricultural  Bank of China, Hengyang branch between 1993 and 2002.Mr. Liu graduated  from Jiaying University in the PRC, where he obtained a diploma degree of  finance in July 1993. He received a bachelor’s degree of finance from The Open  University of China in January 2017 and received a master’s degree of Business  Administration from Guangxi University in December 2021.Mr. Liu obtained  the certificate of certified public account granted by Ministry of Finance of  the PRC (the “MOF”), the title of senior accountant granted by the Ministry of  Human Resources and Social Security, the certificate of certified public valuer  granted by the MOF and the Ministry of Personnel of the PRC, the qualification  of registered tax agent granted by the MOF and the Ministry of Personnel of the  PRC, the qualification of certified internal auditor by The Institute of Internal  Auditors and the certificate of qualified board secretary issued by the Shenzhen  Stock Exchange.

Ms.Ma Xiumin, was appointed as an independent non-executive director to provide independent advice on the operation and management of the Group. Ms. Ma is currently the partner of Shenzhen Hengda Certified Public Accountants (General Partnership).Ms. Ma has nearly 21 years of experience in tax administration, accounting and internal control. She was an independent director of the board at Shenzhen Clou Electronics Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002121), from 2007 to 2013. She was the independent director at AOTO Electronics Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002587), from 2016 to 2018. Ms.Ma graduated from South China University of Technology in July 1992 and obtained a diploma in technical economics.She received her bachelor's degree in economic management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in June 1997.Ms.Ma obtained the qualification of semi-senior accountant granted by the MOF in May 1997;certificate of certified public accountant granted by the MOF in November 2003;and certificate of qualified independent director issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in May 2008.

Mr.Chen Bin,was appointed as an independent non-executive director to provide independent advice on the operation and management of the Group.Mr.Chen graduated from Lanzhou University of Arts and Science in July 1994 with a diploma in financial accounting.He obtained the certificate of certified public accountant granted by the MOF in May 1996;certificate of certified asset valuer granted by the MOF in July 1999;and certificate of qualified independent director issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in October 2015.
