1. 35 years old or below, Bachelor Degree or above, major in Investment, Economy, Finance or Law (the degree can be extended to junior college for excellent talents);
2. At least 2 years of experience in investment and acquisition of property, participate in the investment and expansion of at least 3 property projects;
3、Clever, good at cooperation, equipped with strong negotiation ability, ability to come up with feasible plans to solve investment and acquisition problems;
4. With the working experience in property industry, those with certain resources related to merger and acquisition as well as project reserve are preferred.
