On 6, December, 2018, Kaisa Property Holdings Limited (2168.HK) was listed on main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and officially renamed as Kaisa Prosperity Holdings Limited on July 12th, 2019. The Company entered a new phase of transforming from traditional property management services into modern, full round and intelligent community life services. The Company follows strategic directions of the State, deeply ploughs core valuable areas and actively explores diversification and intelligence.

In May 2020, the Company was included in MSCI China Index Small Cap, which reflected the recognition and confidence from international capital market on investment value, comprehensive strength and development prospect of the Company.

It was elected as the Executive Director Unit of China Property Management Institute and the Vice President Unit of Guangdong province in 2010 and March 2011.
