On December 5, 2019, the 2019 China Real Estate Big Data Annual Conference and 2020 China Real Estate Market Trend Reporting Conference was held in Beijing. At the conference, Kaisa Prosperity Group ranked 8th among the Top 50 property service enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for its solid overall strength and industry reputation, and outstanding performance in the Greater Bay Area.
From a big data perspective, the conference summarized China’s macroeconomic and real estate market situation in 2019 comprehensively, predicted the trends of 2020, announced results of business performance, and research findings in financial risks, office buildings, land, properties, etc., and interpreted the change and long-term significance brought by big data for the real estate industry. In addition, government leaders and enterprise experts in such fields as blockchain and urban big data were invited to share their successful experience in promoting “smart cities” and sustainable urban development.
